Goals:

- Initially I will use CUNY Academic Commons to host student work and a Google Docs syllabus to collect all course material
- In the future I will switch from Google Docs to Manifold when the “add resources” feature becomes available to students

- English Composition: Connect, Collaborate, Communicate by Ann Inoshita, Karyl Garland, Kate Sims, Jeanne K. Tsutsui Keuma, and Tasha WilliamsI have taken materials on the writing process from two sources:
- About Writing: A Guide by Robin Jeffrey
- I have also begun to collect creative commons copyrighted essays and other materials dealing with the course theme such as material from smarthistory, On the Commons, & 88 Open Essays
